Our common areas are being continuously monitored & regularly cleaned and sanitized by our team to ensure compliance to all the regulations for the health & safety of all our residents.
The well-being of our residents is always our top priority and keeping this in mind we are ensuring that our residents are provided nutritious meals, subject to the situation in different areas, which are cooked in a safe & hygienic environment by our professional food vendors.
CoHo works with professional housekeeping vendors who strictly meet the high disinfection and cleaning standards. The housekeeping staff at the CoHo properties are equipped with masks and gloves to ensure all the necessary precautions are taken.
CoHo is taking all the necessary measures to ensure the health safety of its residents. Prior to moving-in, CoHo mandatorily asks for the travel history of the residents apart from asking them to furnish a medical certificate written by a qualified health professional attesting to the general well-being of the new resident.
Other measures include temperature screening at the time of move-in as well as every day for the next 15 days post the move-in. All these measures are undertaken while ensuring the new resident does not come in direct contact of the current residents.
We understand the unique circumstances and we are ready to help. We have made our move-in policies flexible for your convenience. You can book your bed for a future date and reach out to our members in case you would like to change your move-in date because of any new development in the current situation.

1. Considering the physical risk in a shared space, we shall not be responsible for any loss incurred or liability due to contamination of any human spread virus in our premises. All the residents shall be requested to maintain the hygiene levels to avoid contamination and spread of any virus.
2. For the interim period where PAN India logistics, manpower and supply chain would be affected due to the epidemic, we would request you to bear with us in case any services provided are truncated or delayed.
