If you can afford, both in money and time, to maintain a studio or a sharing apartment, it is the best option for the working people since there’s a high chance of getting a student partner in PGs or elsewhere and you might face hard time adjusting and creating a bond, but in an apartment which is slightly difficult to live in because one has to be on his own, there are many things that your flat owner might want you to look after but at least you will be free from any rules or time boundations unlike in PGs. Studio Apartments, with no further division of a main room, are good for the people who prefer to live alone. Many single occupancy flats are easily available near Cyber City without brokerage. You can either go for independent and free living in a studio apartment or go for 1 BHK apartments and find a friend to share it with to collect the most precious moments of co-living. They do not provide meals and hence you will have to make your own arrangements for the same, while on the other hand, some flats do provide with facilities like washing machine, AC, stove, Wifi, etc. These kind of accomodations are very much comfortable. These flats should be zero or no brokerage ones.

I was living in Delhi for more than 2 months now and the place where I was living was in a dead area where basic facilities were not available 27*7. I had to walk for like 20 mins first to get out and then take a cab or metro. I had no other option because it was the closest area I could find around my office. In the dreadful hot weather, it would take my complete energy until the time I reach my office. One of my colleagues in the office suggested me to contact Co-ho. I could never think that I could get better than this. Now I am living in a very nice calm area where cabs arrive easily and I don't have to walk for 20 mins. I am always fresh when I reach office and reach my place back safely.
